The Detering Company carries an architecturally correct round column from H,B,& G with standard caps & bases in inventory, but fluted round, square columns, and decorative cap and base options are available through special order as well.

Attic Access (Attic Stairs)
 
The Detering Company carries two different types of attic access/folding stairs to meet your needs. The code on attic access stairs has recently changed, you may want to check with your inspector prior to framing your attic access opening and installing your stairway.
 
The first type is a standard all wood attic access that you would normally find in a home.
We currently carry two different width stairways in two sizes:
 
30" x 54" 350 lbs. rated Folding Stair Attic Access in 8'9" & 10' Heights
or
25-1/2" x 54" 350 lbs. rated Folding Stair Attic Access in 8'9" & 10' Heights
 
The listed sizes are the rough opening sizes.
 
The second type is the Rainbow Attic Stair .
