The Detering Company offers a custom shop with three master craftsman with over 47 combined years of experience. The custom shop has the ability to build custom doors, transoms, fixed windows, jambs, and casings to your specifications. Our craftsman look forward to your challenging designs.  Our custom shop can machine moulding knives or we can have custom panel knives made, if you require a truely unique look. The Detering Company also offers CAD drawings, complete with dimensions, to ensure the final product is just what you imagined. 
All doors are made using stile and rail construction with wood dowels, true divided lights, and floating panels. We can craft your project in almost any wood from domestic hardwoods to exotics. Ask us for recommendations. Our custom material carries a one year warranty with proper finishing.
