The Ideal sales person is self-motivated, with an innate ability to evaluate customer’s needs, understand their business issues, possess a keen knowledge of building products and their uses, while multi-tasking with multiple customers. This person must also maintain a high level of organizational skills. They must be able to interact well with team members, among multiple departments, in a respectful manner. This candidate must also demonstrate, through previous experience, the ability to handle customer questions and offer problem solving solutions, while maintaining sound judgement and appropriate stress levels.
Experience should include a minimum of (3) years in a sales capacity within the building materials industry, preferably in the custom home segment.
